When trying to add a new vDisk image in the Provisioning Server, it finds the image, but cannot add the image.
The Console becomes unresponsive for over a minute and then displays the following vDisk error message: “Error Partial Error”
After upgrading Provisioning Server 5.6 to 6.1, the following items failed on the Console while importing the vDisk error:

Cause
Because of the architectural changes in Provisioning Services 6.0 and later, Provisioning Services Servers must communicate with each other to accomplish this task but since they are located on different VLAN without routable path, they cannot communicate.
Resolution
Configure interVLAN routing for all Provisioning Services Servers in the Farm.
