HDX MediaStream Hotfix HDXFlash200WX64003 for XenApp 6.5

Citrix has released today a hotfix for HDX MediaStream.

New Fixes in This Release

  1. With HDX Mediastream for Flash enabled, Web sites with Flash content can experience delays of up to 10 seconds to load.

  2. Microsoft Internet Explorer might exit unexpectedly, referencing pseudoserverinproc2.dll, with certain types of Flash content on Web pages.

  3. With Adobe Flash Player ActiveX 11.3 installed on the endpoint device, Flash content cannot be redirected to be rendered on the client; instead, the content is rendered on the server.

    To enable this fix in its entirety, you must install both a client hotfix that contains Fix #LA2283, and

    • For XenApp: an HDX Flash hotfix that contains Fix #LA2283
    • For XenDesktop: a Virtual Desktop Agent hotfix that contains Fix #LA2283
