Citrix has released a limited update release for the Online Plug-in version 12.3 on September 28th. You need to enter your My Citrix ID to download the hotfix but it is available.
This limited release fixes the problem on the client side for Flash 11.3 and 11.4 issues with redirections not rendering on the client side anymore.
